Abstract:Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce market competition, the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises face many challenges. The deep integration of business management and human resource management,as core components of enterprise management, is a key lever for enhancing the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. This article is based on enterprise management theory and combined with the development characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises. It systematically analyzes the bottleneck problems in the integration process of business management and human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises, such as cognitive bias, institutional deficiencies, insufficient resources, and ineffective collaboration mechanisms. From the aspects of establishing integration concepts, improving institutional systems, optimizing resource allocation, and building collaborative mechanisms, targeted breakthrough paths are proposed, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve management upgrading and promote sustainable development.
