Human resources are important for the success of an institution, especially in colleges where teachers help shape future leaders. These days, teachers deal with a lot of work, administrative tasks, and personal family duties, which makes it hard to find a good balance between work and personal life. When this balance is not good, it can cause stress, low motivation, and burnout. This study looks at how well college teachers manage their work-life balance. It explores factors that affect their professional and personal lives, their job satisfaction, and the reasons they feel stressed. The study shows that job security, a reasonable workload, support from the institution, freedom in their work, and opportunities for career growth all have a big impact on teachers' well-being.
