The current research aims to build a proposed training program for the development of mathematical dexterity skills for primary school mathematics teachers, and to achieve the research objectives, a list of indicators was prepared to achieve the appropriate mathematical dexterity skills for the primary stage, which amounted to (15) indicators distributed over the five mathematical dexterity skills, and through the application of the search tool on Primary school teachers, where the sample amounted to 35 teachers, it was found that there is a great need for these needs, and in light of this, the proposed training program was prepared, and a set of recommendations and proposals were presented.
