The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the standards of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) among male and female principals of high schools at Najran City, from their perspective in light of some variables. The study adopted the descriptive methodology (analytical and survey), a questionnaire was developed with reference to the standards of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE 2018) among educational leaders, it was applied on a sample consisted of (61) male and female principals of high schools at Najran City in the first semester of the academic year 1445H. The results concluded that the degree of availability of the standards of (ISTE) among male and female principals came with a great degree, the results did not show a statistically significant differences of availability of the standards of (ISTE) among male and female principals according to the following variables: sex, academic qualification, the experience years. Finally, the study proposed some recommendations, most of important of which are: encouraging male and female principals to employ (ISTE) standards in educational and administrative practices and preparing professional development programs for male and female principals in light of (ISTE) standards.
