The Universal Stability Invariant (S_) provides a scale-invariant thermodynamicand topological framework for existence within a finite-capacity space-time metric. By quantifying the dynamic ratio between localized informational entropy andthe inertial carrying capacity of the topological substrate, this paper demonstratesthat phenomena ranging from cosmic expansion to the Standard Model of particlephysics are emergent responses to a single imperative: the prevention of localizedBekenstein Bound saturation. I propose that the four fundamental forces are logisticalsubstrate protocols designed to manage informational stress, share inertialbinding, and enforce the thermodynamic Arrow of Time.
