The paradigm of mutual gravitational attraction is a low-dimensional empirical approx-imation that systematically diverges in high-precision astrodynamics (e.g., the Earth FlybyAnomaly). This paper introduces the Inverse Buoyancy Fluidic Model, demonstrating thatmacroscopic gravity is fundamentally a topological phase-drag exerted by a continuous 3Dlogic fluid upon discrete baryonic boundaries. By formalizing the 3D-2D-3D spatial fold-backmechanism, we analytically derive the topological truncation constant ϵ≈1.097373 ×10−7.We prove that the observed discrepancies in planetary flybys and Galileo’s free-fall equiv-alence are deterministic manifestations of tangential force release governed strictly by ϵ,rendering both Newtonian attraction and Relativistic metric tensors structurally obsolete.
