Communication skills and soft skills are very important in today’s education and workplace. This research paper studies the role of English education in developing these skills. Learning English helps students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. It also supports the development of soft skills such as confidence, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and positive attitude. The study is based on observations and responses from students and teachers. The results show that regular practice of English communication activities improves students’ self-confidence and overall personality. The paper concludes that English education plays a key role in preparing students for professional life. Therefore, communication and soft skills training should be included as an important part of the education system.
