This paper explores the potential of Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) as a sustainable solution to water scarcity in Turkmenistan’s arid regions. Given the country's strategic geographical location and high solar radiation, the study evaluates the efficiency of condensation and adsorption-based technologies. Special attention is given to the use of Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) and solar-thermal integration to provide autonomous water supply in the Karakum Desert. The results suggest that AWG can serve as a vital supplementary water source for remote settlements and industrial outposts.
