Abstract The UniPhiEd Relativity Model (URM)presents a definitive Unified Field Theory, replacing static spacetime with a dynamic Vortex-Pressure Medium. I demonstrate that the "Speed of Light" (𝑐≈300,000 km/s) is not a universal constant, but the saturation discharge rate of the Neutrino Field against geometric resistance (10𝜙). This paper proves that gravity is an inward neutrino-flux, while matter is the byproduct of Neutrino Condensation occurring at a specific Vortex Angle of 16.28. By integrating the 3.72 Octave Pulse and the 0.0031 Genesis Friction, this model provides the first mechanical explanation for the Expanding Earth and unifies the five major satellite orbital anomalies into one recursive formula.
