Abstract

水利监理工程师在合同管理中承担着关键职责，涵盖合同签订前审查咨询、履行中监督协调、变更与索 赔管理以及档案管理等方面。然而，实践中面临合同条款不完善、履行监管不到位、变更与索赔管理困难、各方沟通 协调不畅以及监理工程师专业素质参差不齐等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出完善合同条款、加强合同履行监管、规 范变更与索赔管理、强化各方沟通协调以及提升监理工程师专业素质等解决对策，旨在提高水利监理工程师合同管理 水平，保障水利工程建设顺利推进。
