Abstract

随着全球低碳转型推进,节能建筑已成建筑设计核心关注点。本文聚焦建筑设计中节能建筑设计问题展 开探讨。首先阐述节能建筑设计在能源节约、环境保护及提升居住品质方面的重要性,接着介绍其因地制宜、被动式 节能优先、整体性、超前性等设计原则。随后指出节能建筑设计中存在节能理念认知偏差、技术应用不足、设计协同 性差、缺乏有效监管和评价机制等问题。最后针对这些问题,提出强化节能理念教育、提升技术应用水平、加强多专 业协同设计、完善监管和评价机制、推广绿色建筑认证体系等策略,为节能建筑设计发展提供参考。
