Educational effectiveness remains a central concern in modern higher and professional education, especially in the context of rapid technological and social change. This study examines three key determinants of effective learning—motivation, interactivity, and assessment—drawing on recent theoretical and empirical research. Using a qualitative analytical approach, it explores how these factors influence learning outcomes both independently and in combination.
