This paper is the summary of the 9-Keel theory acute disease special research, focusing on the generalization, verification and theoretical improvement of the four-dimensional universal imbalance index D(t) formula in acute diseases. Based on the previous four acute disease papers (dengue fever, sepsis, acute pancreatitis, heat stroke) in this series, this paper summarizes the weight coefficient setting rules, parameter standards and application logic of D(t) formula for different acute diseases, completes the backtest verification of the critical threshold Γcritical, supplements the weight sensitivity analysis and methodological specification, and improves the rigor and practicability of the theoretical model. This paper clarifies the parallel relationship between acute and chronic disease theoretical systems of 9-Keel theory, and confirms the universality, robustness and scientificity of D(t) formula in acute disease theoretical research, realizing the closed-loop construction of 9-Keel acute disease quantitative theoretical system. Disclaimer This paper is a summary of pure independent pathological theoretical research, all models, formulas, parameters and conclusions are only for academic theoretical discussion and analysis, do not involve any clinical diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, clinical application and medical practice. No content in this paper can be used as a basis for clinical medical operation. The D(t) theoretical model requires systematic clinical verification before any practical application.
