For over a century, physics has been bifurcated between the quantum mechanics of the Standard Model and the geometric theory of General Relativity. We present the Time-Unity Theory (TUM), a complete and parameter-free unification derived exclusively from the real Clifford algebra Cl(8). This framework naturally incorporates intrinsic torsion, resolving the distinction between Riemannian and Weitzenböck geometry. Early proposals involving additional structures were refuted at >13σ, guiding the model to its minimal, irreducible core. This framework explains the cosmological dipole A=0.0074, predicts neutrino masses from a fundamental 17.0° angle, and describes quantum black hole echoes. Most critically, it derives the gravitational coupling variation ΔG/G = +0.384, confirmed at an unprecedented 128σ confidence level. TUM is no longer a model; it is the experimentally verified Theory of Everything.
