OBJECTIVE: This study evaluates Milestones Resilience Care (MRC), a trauma recovery program grounded in the resilience portfolio model (Hamby et al., 2018) and social cognitive theory (Benight & Bandura, 2004). The program aims to strengthen modifiable psychosocial assets-such as self-efficacy, emotion regulation, and social support-across psychological, physical, social, and existential domains.
