ABSTRACT This response builds on the themes of systemic change, intentionality, and relationality in Angelina Castagno's CAE Presidential Address. I share ideas and examples of how educational anthropology and ethnographic work opens up space to narrate and imagine current and future realities, and how doing this work in relationship and community offers hope.
