ABSTRACT In this study, we propose a system and method that measures the transmission coefficient between two antennas across a broadband frequency range while sweeping the receiving antenna over a set of predefined angles. Based on the measured broadband S‐parameters, the system integrates automated instrument control, data acquisition, and virtual pulse‐based waveform reconstruction to enable fully automated generation and visualization of angle‐resolved received pulses under user‐defined spectral conditions. By leveraging the measured broadband transmission characteristics, the proposed method allows users to synthesize time‐domain pulses corresponding to arbitrary input spectra without additional physical measurements, thereby providing a highly flexible framework for time‐domain radiation characterization.
