Version 2.0 extends the FTT framework with a new Section 12 on quantum gravity and the emergence of time. The Wheeler-DeWitt equation is reinterpreted as the "Silent Sea" state — the primordial static configuration of the Φ field in which no gradients exist, no entropy change occurs, and coordinate time t has not yet emerged as an effective projection. Quantum fluctuations of Φ spontaneously break this static state, generating local gradients and initiating the thermodynamic arrow.
