Ag–Sn@MOFs heterostructure enables ultrasensitive voltammetric determination of vismodegib in serum and urine
Key Points
This research aims to develop a highly sensitive sensor for detecting vismodegib in biological samples like serum and urine.
Utilized Ag–Sn@MOFs-modified GCE sensor for detection of vismodegib.
Achieved detection range from 0.05 to 500 nM and limit of detection at 0.006 nM in serum and urine samples.
Achieved an ultralow detection limit of 0.006 nM for vismodegib.
Detection range effectively spans from 0.05 to 500 nM, showing high sensitivity.
Abstract
The Ag–Sn@MOFs-modified GCE sensor enables ultrasensitive voltammetric detection of VIS, with a detection range from 0.05–500 nM and an ultralow 0.006 nM detection limit.
