Please note this report is only available in Spanish This technical assistance (TA) mission on Government Finance Statistics (GFS) and Public Sector Debt Statistics (PSDS) was conducted during January 12–23, 2026. The main objective of the mission was to improve general government (GG) GFS data for fiscal year (FY) 2024 and to support the compilation of GG GFS balance sheet data for FY 2021–2024, including the statement of other economic flows. The mission also reviewed quarterly PSDS compiled for the budgetary central government (BCG), with a view to initiating debt data reporting to the World Bank database.
