Abstract Based on the "Spatial Medium" model v1. 0, this paper constructs a Lorentz-covariant dynamical non-metric field theory. By introducing a scalar field (representing the trace of the non-metric tensor Q) with a self-interaction potential V () and nonlinear derivative coupling terms (Galileon terms), the discontinuity at the critical acceleration a₀ present in v1. 0 is resolved. The evolution equation a₀ (t) = c H (t) / 2 is derived, and the intrinsic equivalence between a₀ and the cosmological constant is established. Via the Vainshtein screening mechanism, the model provides a consistent description across all scales, from the strong-field regime in the Solar System to the weak-field cosmology.
