Aim: This study aimed to reveal the level of instructional skills among resource room teachers from their point of view, and to examine the extent to which instructional skills are affected by the variables of gender and years of experience. Methodology: We collected the data for this study using a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of the study. After verifying its validity, 115 male and female resource room teachers in the northern governorates of Palestine (Tulkarm, Jenin, Qalqilya, Qabatiya, Salfit, Tubas) participated in the study. They were selected using a comprehensive inventory method. Results: The results showed that the level of control over the skills were all average. The arithmetic means ranged between (32.069) and (21.104), where the arithmetic mean as a whole appeared (129.5565) with a standard deviation of (22.76624), and the total number was (82) out of (115) male and female teachers, where the overall score reached a percentage of (71.30%) at an average level. The percentages ranged from 68.70% to 46.96%, all of which were at the intermediate level, representing the areas of "implementation" and "educational technology." This result indicates that the level of instructional skills controlled by resource room teachers in Palestine was average. In terms of the dimensions, the first place was occupied by "implementation skill" with a percentage of 68.70%, followed by "classroom management skill" with a percentage of 62.61%, "evaluation skill" with a percentage of 57.39%, "planning skill" with a percentage of 49.57%, and "educational technology use skill" with a percentage of 46.96%. The results also indicated no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members regarding the level of skills controlled by resource room teachers in Palestine, depending on the variables (gender and years of experience). Conclusion and Recommendations: Preparing a training program for resource room teachers to learn how to plan and implement assessment methods, use technology, and classroom management for students with special needs, and how to apply them practically to their students inside the classroom. الهدف: سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي غرف المصادر من وجهة نظرهم، وفحص مدى تأثر المهارات التدريسية بمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، المنهج: جمعنا بيانات هذه الدراسة باستبانة أعدت لغرض الدراسة. بعد التحقق من صلاحياتها. شارك في الدراسة 115 معلما ومعلمة من معلمي غرف المصادر في المحافظات الشمالية لفلسطين (طولكرم، جنين، قلقيلة، قباطية، سلفيت، طوباس)، تم اختيارهم بطريقة الحصر الشامل. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أنّ مستوى التحكم بالمهارات كانت جميعها متوسطة. فقد تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية عليها ما بين (32.069) إلى (21.104) حيث ظهر المتوسط الحسابي ككل (129.5565) بانحراف معياري (22.76624)، وبلغ عدد الكلي (82) من أصل (115) معلم ومعلمة، حيث بلغت الدرجة الكلية بنسبة مئوية (%71.30) بمستوى متوسط. والنسب المئوية فقد تراوحت ما بين (%68.70) إلى (%46.96) وجميعها ظهرت في المستوى المتوسط، والتي تمثلت بالمجالات ما بين (التنفيذ) و (تكنولوجيا التعليم). وتشير هذه النتيجة إلى أن مستوى المهارات التدريسية التي يتحكم بها معلمي غرف المصادر في فلسطين كانت متوسطة. أما على مستوى ترتيب الأبعاد، فقد احتل المرتبة الأولى (مهارة التنفيذ) بنسبة مئوية (68.70%)، المرتبة الثانية (مهارة إدارة الصف) بنسبة مئوية (62.61%)، المرتبة الثالثة (مهارة التقويم) بنسبة مئوية (57.39%)، المرتبة الرابعة (مهارة التخطيط) بنسبة مئوية (49.57%)، المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة (مهارة استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم) بنسبة مئوية (46.96%)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عن مستوى الدلالة باستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو في مستوى المهارات التي يتحكم بها معلمي غرف المصادر في فلسطين باختلاف متغيرات (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة). الاستنتاجات والتوصيات: إعداد برنامج تدريبي لمعلمي غرف المصادر للتعرف إلية التخطيط والتنفيذ أساليب التقويم، واستخدام التكنولوجيا وإدارة الصف للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وكيفية التطبيق العملي على طلابهم داخل الغرفة.
