This release presents the unified V1–V4 stack of the Coh framework, a verifier-native model of admissible computation in which proposed state transitions are not committed unless they are verifier-accepted and satisfy explicit resource, defect, and authority accounting constraints. V1 develops the verifier-native persistence substrate for certified transitions. V2 extends the framework to projection-aware verification under partial observability. V3 develops the directed geometry of admissible trajectories. V4 introduces governed computational field dynamics as a higher-level substrate for controlled computational evolution. The common spine of the release is the principle that computation should be treated not merely as state update, but as admissible, auditable, resource-aware transition structure.
