Seventy-three-year-old man with previous diagnosis of bladder carcinoma with suspicious pulmonary nodule and rectum polypoid lesion in a follow-up 18F fluorodeoxyglucose PET-CT examination. The histopathology results revealed lung adenocarcinoma as well as rectum adenocarcinoma and ring cell tumor of the stomach, which was additionally determined by the 68Ga Trivehegzin PET-CT imaging.
