Abstract

Two independent and identical interpenetrating three-dimensional networks of a highly symmetrical type in which tpt ligands act as trigonal building blocks and CuI ions as tetrahedral 4-connecting units are contained in cubic crystals of the title compounds. Tpt units appear in centrosymmetrically related pairs within which triazine rings make close ππ contacts.
