NSFWRun is an experimental mobile-first runtime that reframes adult image discovery as a roguelite encounter system rather than a passive gallery or endless feed. The project combines randomized resolver-driven image encounters, branching dungeon progression, collectible modifiers, escalating pressure systems, boss attack patterns, and saveable session structure into a continuous “one more run” gameplay loop. Unlike traditional NSFW galleries or visual novels, NSFWRun treats image resolution itself as the primary dungeon mechanic. Encounters function as survival-oriented progression nodes in which pacing, uncertainty, and resolver mutation create replayable run structures. The system explores a hybrid interaction space between roguelite design, AI-assisted image systems, endless encounter runtimes, and mobile progression psychology. This publication documents the architectural framing, interaction model, and progression structure as conceptual prior art and first-mover documentation.
