ABSTRACT As a key branch of smart materials, shape memory polymers (SMPs) show great application potential in aerospace, biomedicine, and automotive manufacturing owing to their shape recovery under external stimuli. Polyethylene terephthalate‐1,4‐cyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate (PETG) and Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) blends exhibit prominent shape memory properties: PETG ensures excellent room‐temperature shape fixation, while TPU provides satisfactory shape recovery ability due to its high elasticity, forming a balanced and superior shape memory system. However, the traditional PETG/TPU system only responds to thermal stimulation, which limits its application. By adding CB, a low‐cost and highly conductive filler, this study successfully prepared PETG/TPU/CB composites with excellent electrically induced shape memory performance (shape fixation ratio ( R f ) = 98.33%, shape recovery ratio ( R r ) = 96.11%), achieving maximum recovery at 125 V in 15 s. CB also effectively improved the composites' tensile strength (increased by 61%), Young's modulus (increased by 79%), and hardness (increased by 52%). PETG/TPU/CB composites also exhibit good cyclic shape memory behavior, retaining excellent performance after multiple cycles. This study significantly exploits the application potential of the PETG/TPU system in the field of electrically induced shape memory, providing a useful reference for the design of electroactive shape memory composites.
