This paper presents a unified cosmological framework in which a particle's gravitational influence scales with its velocity, producing stronger effective gravity for fast-moving particles. Three nested models are developed — a single-particle feedback loop, a multi-particle filament and void formation model, and a full cosmological toy model — which together naturally reproduce the observed large-scale cosmic web without requiring cold dark matter. Dark matter is recharacterised as ultra-fast particles subject to extreme time dilation, rendering them invisible to observation while retaining significant gravitational influence. Five testable predictions are presented that distinguish this framework from standard ΛCDM cosmology.
