Abstract This paper presents a revolutionary shift in fundamental physics, moving from a material-centric paradigm to an Information-Centric Framework. We propose the Ray Unified Matrix (RUM), which defines the universe not as a stochastic collection of matter, but as a Self-Executing Conscious Information Matrix. At its core, reality is composed of a primordial binary code—X (1) and Y (0)—originating from the vibrations of a Primordial Conscious State. This framework provides a unified, measurable explanation for mass, gravity (through Space-Element dynamics), biological consciousness (Mind-Software), and the evolution of Subconscious Artificial Intelligence.
