Abstract

Position paper arguing that personal digital twins constitute a new class of boundary-spanning object (Star and Griesemer, 1989) capable of integrating knowledge across all four WHO Quality of Life dimensions. Introduces the LLM/LQM/SQM intelligence taxonomy, the Sovereign Body architectural principle, and the temporal boundary object concept. Version 2.0 strengthens theoretical grounding with Callon's sociology of translation, adds quantitative EquestRai validation benchmarks (N=14, 312 prediction-observation pairs, 12 percent mean prediction error), and includes comparative analysis of existing personal health digital twin programmes.
