Abstract

A method is set forth by which a firm may measure and monitor, on a continuing basis, the priorities that different groups and individuals place upon a prespecified set of social goals. The article shows how the firm may then combine the differing viewpoints of these groups into a single set of priorities as a usable guide for decision-making.
