:The formation of a healthy lifestyle among children is one of the priority directions of modern healthcare systems and social policy. Children’s health is influenced by numerous interconnected medical, social, environmental, and behavioral factors that determine physical and psychological development. This article examines the role of medical and social determinants in shaping healthy lifestyle habits among children and adolescents. The study analyzes the impact of nutrition, physical activity, family environment, educational institutions, healthcare accessibility, and socio-economic conditions on the health of the child population. Statistical and comparative methods were used to evaluate the effectiveness of preventive healthcare measures and regional health promotion programs. The results demonstrate that integrated cooperation between healthcare institutions, schools, parents, and local authorities significantly improves healthy lifestyle indicators among children. Preventive medicine, health education, balanced nutrition, and regular physical activity remain key components in reducing morbidity and strengthening public health. The study emphasizes the necessity of long-term social and healthcare strategies focused on child well-being and disease prevention.
