Abstract

This public disclosure introduces Frozen Lake Theory as a controlled-mediated passage framework for transition-history signatures. The central proposal is that some final states may preserve evidence of the passage route that produced them, including load, route availability, mediator behavior, control, stabilization, and readout. The document records the main mechanism, a compact architecture for classifying passage-history signatures, and a reserved opening for a higher-risk source-layer phase relation to be developed in a separate follow-up note.
