Objective: The study aimed to identify the factors driving the occurrence of crimes within the kinship system in Jordanian society, an analytical study from the perspective of administrative governors in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Methodology: The study followed the descriptive analytical method in analyzing the study questionnaire directed to administrative governors. Study population and sample: The study population and sample consisted of administrative governors, numbering (240) administrative governors, the study adopted a comprehensive survey. Results: The study reached several results, the most important of which is: The results showed that family disputes resulting from marriage and kinship, weak communication between relatives, and family disintegration contribute significantly to increasing the likelihood of crimes occurring within the kinship system. The study also revealed that the absence of elders in family dispute resolution leads to escalation of conflicts and their sometimes criminalization, underscoring the importance of the supervisory and social role of clans in maintaining familial and social equilibrium. It indicated that certain customs and traditions, such as notions of family honor and the prioritization of tribal customs over the law, justify or encourage criminal behavior among relatives. Furthermore, the weakening of religious and social deterrents contributes to the spread of aggression, reflecting the intertwining of cultural values with criminal behavior within the kinship system. Conclusions The study showed that financial hardship, poverty, inheritance disputes, and loans and debts among family members are major triggers for conflicts, sometimes escalating into crimes. Furthermore, class disparity within the same family increases feelings of injustice and motivates the commission of aggressive acts. Recommendations: The study recommended the following: launching awareness programs for families and individuals about the dangers of family conflicts and their impact on the stability of society, promoting the value of law and justice at the expense of tribal customs when resolving conflicts. الهدف: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على العوامل الدافعة لوقوع الجرائم ضمن النسق القرابي في المجتمع الأردني " دراسة تحليلية من وجهة نظر الحكام الإداريين في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية"، المنهج: واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل استبانة الدراسة الموجهة الى الحكام الاداريين، مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: وتكون مجتمع وعينة الدراسة من الحكام الاداريين والبالغ عددهم (240) حاكم اداري حيث اتبعت الدراسة المسح الشامل، النتائج: وتوصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج أهمها: أظهرت النتائج أن الخلافات الأسرية الناتجة عن الزواج والمصاهرة، وضعف التواصل بين الأقارب، والتفكك الأسري، تساهم بشكل ملحوظ في زيادة احتمالية وقوع الجرائم ضمن النسق القرابي. كما تبين أن غياب دور كبار العائلة في فض النزاعات يؤدي إلى تصعيد النزاعات وتحولها أحيانًا إلى سلوك إجرامي، ما يؤكد أهمية الدور الرقابي والاجتماعي للعشائر في حفظ التوازن الأسري والاجتماعي، الاستنتاجات: أشارت الدراسة إلى أن بعض الأعراف والتقاليد، مثل مفاهيم الشرف العائلي وتغليب الأعراف العشائرية على القانون، تعمل على تبرير أو تشجيع الجرائم بين الأقارب. كما أن ضعف الوازع الديني والاجتماعي يسهم في انتشار العدوانية، مما يعكس تداخل القيم الثقافية مع الجرائم في النسق القرابي، تبين أن الضائقة المالية والفقر والخلافات حول الميراث، بالإضافة إلى القروض والديون بين أفراد العائلة، تمثل محفزات رئيسية للصراعات وتحولها أحيانًا إلى جرائم. كما أن التفاوت الطبقي داخل الأسرة الواحدة يزيد من شعور الغبن ويحفز على ارتكاب أفعال عدوانية، التوصيات: واوصت الدراسة بما يلي: إطلاق برامج توعية للأسر والأفراد حول مخاطر النزاعات الأسرية وأثرها على استقرار المجتمع، تعزيز قيمة القانون والعدالة على حساب الأعراف العشائرية عند حل النزاعات.
