Description The SIP-CORE Cheat Sheet is a compressed operational reference for practitioners applying the SymbioMind framework to a problem domain. The framework comprises four operational layers: Ecological Homeostasis (EH) as the foundational heuristic, drawn from 33 years of pedagogical observation (the Garden) and grounded theoretically in Bronfenbrenner's nested ecological systems; the General Theory of Regulated Stability (GTRS) as the formal regulatory theory; the Coherence–Decoherence–Recoherence (CDR) cycle as the operational regulatory dynamics; and the Intake–Order–Demonstrate–Express (IODE) methodology as the practitioner application sequence. This document is designed for use, not for reading. It provides the core operational definitions, the GTRS thermodynamic guardrails, the CDR regime diagnostics, and the IODE application sequence in a form intended for rapid reference during practical application. The framework has been pressure-tested across 42 problem domains; the cheat sheet is what makes the 43rd application fast. The document cross-references the SIP-PHY Glossary (precise vocabulary), the SIP-PHY Forks Register (open foundational questions), and the SIP-PHY Plan (long-arc roadmap toward formal mathematical foundations).
