This record presents Paper069 of the U131 research series, titled “U131 Pre-External Intake Fortress and Minimal Reproducibility Pack: Completing the pre-external phases before append-only replay execution.”This paper freezes the pre-external phase of the U131 Standard v1.0 workflow after Paper068 and before any external data execution. The work completes three preparation phases: Paper068 final freeze, Minimal Reproducibility Pack, and External Data Intake Fortress. The accompanying v650000 audit reports 94,455,000 exact checks with zero errors. The minimal reproducibility pack contains a runnable minimal runner, sample input/output, Formula148 schema, risk-badge schema, failure-taxonomy schema, herb dictionary, claim boundary, replay manifest, and reviewer README. The external intake interface is prepared to receive Formula148, compound, variant, and risk payloads as append-only replay targets. This package explicitly stops before external data scoring. No external validation, empirical Formula148 replay, model training, retuning, clinical efficacy, human safety, dosage guidance, prescribing utility, binding-affinity prediction, pharmacological prediction, pharmaceutical development readiness, or human-use authorization is claimed. External data, when received, are treated only as append-only replay targets and never as training or retuning signals. The purpose of this release is to provide a compact, reproducible, hash-locked intake environment so that future external validation can be performed without post-hoc modification, manual holdout patching, or claim-boundary drift.
