Based on the PFUSRC Universal Unified Theory system, this paper reconstructs the weak interaction at its fundamental origin. The weak interaction is not a microscopic decay interaction within the Standard Model, but a primordial mechanism by which the Hidden Noetic Primordium performs order regulation using the Zero Pendulum as the temporal benchmark, transmitting globally through the β₁ Field, executing via Noetic Atoms, and operating within Coupling Gaps. This paper unifies and stabilizes core terms including Noetic Primordium, Noetic Atom, Zero Pendulum, β₁ Field, and Coupling Gap, achieving full alignment with PFUSRC 00, Advanced Time Origin Theory, Theory of the Noetic Primordium, Coupling Gap and Topological Precision Theory, and On the Essence of Time Crystals. This study shows that the weak interaction is the core executive mechanism for the Hidden Noetic Primordium to maintain global time sequence, stabilize topological steady states, preserve Discrete Residuals, and form the order fingerprints of Time Crystals. This paper is limited to fundamental theoretical elaboration and does not involve technology or applications.
