The study examined the situation faced constantly by the accountant of medical organizations — determining the number of days of leave left unused when dismissing medical workers. The article details the stages that will allow this to be done — determining the length of service of an employee in the organization, giving the right to leave; Calculate the employee’s work period in the organization in months Calculate the number of days of leave that an employee has accumulated since the start of work, count the number of days of leave that the employee has already used for the entire duration of his work, and determine the number of days of unused leave by reducing the number of days of leave to which the employee is entitled, the days of leave he has already used. Aspects that are not directly regulated by law are highlighted, and the author’s position on such issues is presented. Practical examples are given. Conclusions based on the results of the study.
