This article analyzes the legal mechanisms of state control over the preparation and distribution of religious materials. Based on international legal norms, comparative legal experience, and national legislation, the study examines the structure of control institutions, the forms of their implementation, and their compliance with democratic principles. The research analyzes such legal instruments as authorization, registration, expert examination, and prohibition, with particular attention paid to ensuring a balance between freedom of religion and state security.
