This paper presents Version 3.0 of the Triadic Dialectic Structure (TDS) Model, a quantitative framework for analyzing dynamic organization in complex systems. The model proposes that many adaptive systems operate through recursive interactions among three functional modes: Initiation (I), Harmonization (H), and Transformation (T). Version 3.0 introduces a formalized System Score with normalized metrics, zero-point stability criterion , and validated applications across biological, social, and technological domains. Preliminary case studies demonstrate 15-30% efficiency gains when systems are optimized toward triadic balance, including solar energy systems (74% → 92% output) and network routing (12% → 0.2% packet loss).
