Abstract

We report the confirmatory results of PHILIA Phase SC-4, a pre-registered analysis validating the universality of Multi-Scale Entropy (MSE) as a z-coordinate predictor and establishing the equivalence of SRfinal as a near-null predictor across n=155 pooled substrates (SC-3 n=45 + SC-4 Part 1 synthetic n=20 + SC-4 Part 2 real-world n=90). Two hypotheses were tested under Bonferroni correction (α=0. 025, k=2): H-SC4P2-Primary: ρ (MSE, zᵣef) ≥ +0. 60 (n=155, one-sided Spearman) — CONFIRMED (ρ = +0. 6592, p = 0. 0, 97. 5% CI = +0. 5597, +0. 7399, margin = +0. 059). This result replicates the SC-3 finding (ρ = +0. 6589, n=45) to four decimal places despite a 3. 4× increase in sample size and the addition of 90 heterogeneous real-world substrates, strongly suggesting that the MSE↔z relationship represents a stable structural association of the locked v32 apparatus.
