We report the confirmatory results of PHILIA Phase SC-4, a pre-registered analysis validating the universality of Multi-Scale Entropy (MSE) as a z-coordinate predictor and establishing the equivalence of SRfinal as a near-null predictor across n=155 pooled substrates (SC-3 n=45 + SC-4 Part 1 synthetic n=20 + SC-4 Part 2 real-world n=90).
