This paper proposes a process framework entitled "The General Model of Complexity Transition." Its core proposition is: Cosmic evolution (from singularity to galaxies) and biological evolution (from single cells to humans) are different instances of the same process. This process can be described as follows: starting from an initial state of low complexity, through spontaneous differentiation and condensation of internal conditions, a phase transition occurs when a critical point is reached, giving rise to new levels and properties. This new level then becomes the initial condition for the next round of condensation, iterating cyclically. This framework complements "The Theory of Recursive Causality": while the latter describes the micro-dynamics of each moment and each section (conditions, sections, causal rings, perception), the former describes the macro-evolutionary laws across levels and long timescales.
