This contribution reviews the state doctoral thesis of Abderrahmane Belakid on the distribution of liability for the maritime carriage of goods under Moroccan maritime commercial law. The thesis examines the evidentiary basis of liability in maritime carriage and the mechanisms through which responsibility is distributed among the parties. The review assesses the methodological and doctrinal contribution of the work to Moroccan maritime law.
