This document provides reference tables for the layered structure of consciousness proposed in previous studies (Matsubara, 2026). The collection includes two versions of the consciousness framework: the standard L1–L5 model and the extended L1–L6 model incorporating Spiritual Will. The tables summarize the relationships among layers of consciousness, functional elements, functional units, and emergent functions. This release is intended as a reference framework for the Consciousness Structure Model developed across the author's related studies.
