This article presents a concise study of the biblical, patristic, theological, and magisterial foundations of Marian mediation within the Catholic tradition. Beginning from Christ's unique mediation, it examines the subordinate role of Mary's cooperation in the dispensation of graces and its relationship to the titles of Co-redemptrix and Advocate. The study analyzes the principal biblical texts, the patristic and theological development of the doctrine, and the teachings of the Church's Magisterium. Its purpose is to present clearly and rigorously the sense in which the Catholic tradition has understood the title of “Mediatrix,” while always maintaining the absolute centrality of Jesus Christ as the one Mediator between God and humanity.
