Kasei-Theory IV.Closure: Closure Without Completion

This paper fixes Closure within the fourth system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal closure without completion. Closure is not completion, finality, fulfillment, totalization, resolution, system-completion, terminal state, final stage, or completed sequence. Closure does not complete Fuka, Contact, Dec-phase, the fourth system, or Kasei-Theory. Closure does not establish a final ground, a final term, a final structure, or a completed totality. This paper does not explain Closure as the completion of Fuka, the completion of Contact, the completion of Dec-phase, or the completion of Kasei-Theory. Fuka fixes non-established fixation-form. Contact fixes non-relation. Dec-phase fixes non-established actuality-form. Closure does not unify these fixations into a completed system. Only the non-continuation of the fourth-system sequence is fixed without completion. No causality is introduced. No temporality is introduced. No subject is introduced. No object is introduced.
