CDN-342 audits the lone SLACS strong-lensing system that remains above the contracted Channel B threshold in the locked GCFT sequence. Using the CDN-335 contraction ledger, CDN-340 interpolation swap, and CDN-333 IMF stress record, the paper identifies J1100+5329 as the only fiducial c=10 holdout. Its contracted residual is RDM=0. 6593, lowered to 0. 6522 by the simple-MOND boost, with closure at c=13. 174 for BE and c=12. 791 with the boost applied. At c=15, the full SLACS sample reaches 20/20 pass. Verdict: ONELENSDEBTCONTAINED.
