Special attention is paid to tools and methods for improving the effectiveness of strategic planning related to the use of analytical technologies, scenario approach and flexible management mechanisms. The conclusion is made about the need for the integrated development of strategic planning as a continuous process that ensures the alignment of goals, resources and management decisions in a highly dynamic environment.
