In HAL, Mgrav = C0 x MADM. All NS masses are reinterpreted: MADM = Mₒbs/C0, a -0. 73% correction. EOS constraint relaxed by alphaₑm x M (15-17 milli-solar-masses). I-Love-Q: IHAL = C0³ x IGR (+2. 2%), LambdaHAL = C0⁵ x LambdaGR (+3. 7%), chi unchanged. I-Love-Q universality preserved.
