This document presents a fundamental mechanical proof that space is not an absolute vacuum but a continuous photonic fluid substrate. Using mainstream physics’ own accepted formulas — Newton’s Drag Equation (Fd = ½ρv²CdA) and Snell’s Law (n = c/v) — the author demonstrates that these equations internally refute the assumption of absolute vacuum. When ρ = 0 is substituted into the drag equation, all lateral constraint and steering force reduce to zero — yet rockets are demonstrably guided and controlled in space, proving ρ ≠ 0. Snell’s Law further confirms that light velocity is a direct function of substrate density. From these two existing laws, the author derives a new Meta-Law: the Law of Inverse Proportionality of Substrate Density and Material Velocity. The document also critiques the Law of Conservation of Momentum for ignoring the anchor substrate, challenges Einstein’s General Relativity as an abstract interpretation of a material phenomenon, and offers a material explanation for the GPS 38-microsecond discrepancy. This is the third document in the Nature Reflection Model series by independent researcher Davoud Mousarezaei.
